This wiki is a space to explore one's own passion (the "Q" :), discover ideas, plan events, share thoughts and link relevant existing resources. It's a discussions and open space for (Social) pioneers in Germany. The event is entended to be a co-creation by the participants rather than a pre-planned seminar. Only logistics will be organised by the local people.

Approach: Referring to the Pioneer's principles we would like to host an open space session (see section below) with some inspiring frame
Intended outcome:
1) General motivation, sharing and connecting like...
List of success factors to get started, 2-3 people to continue the discussion afterwards, network overview, inspiration and energy to drive one's own idea (commitment), ...
2) Concrete input
Bring draft concepts, business plans, positions, haves and needs to the market place. Plan collaboration sessions into the weekend. Define clearly manageble work pieces and results to bridge the gap between idea, concepts and plans.
Pre-requisite: Bring your most promising ideas, concepts and successful approaches/stories
Lodging and logistics:
We get a room on 04/21 from 8:30 AM open end and on 04/22 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Costs: 135 € total (= 6,75 € p.p. with 20 participants).
Lodging: tbd
As the location itself does not offer any sleeping facilities, participants from Munich might host people from abroad:
Hosting options:
Of course there are hotels and pensions around, if prefered. Please check www.hrs.de for options. Details find direction and map details on the website of the location.
Beside the topic itself some people feel, that's time again to meet with inspiring and energizing people.
Catching and discussing ideas works out well in a virtual environment. To turn them into concepts and increase maturity it's necessary to meet the people. Based on this tasks can be worked out decentrally afterwards again. But there are still obstacles to "start now..."
How to integrate or overcome these ?
...and there are cool places out there to be discovered, like Villa Waldberta !
The agenda is a rough outline. The agenda holds open spaces for your contributions, please suggest your topics, which you'd liek to offer and put your name next to those, you're interested in.
Everybody is invited to host sessions. There're only few fixed elements (start-end, introduction and closing)
__Friday April 20th__, start from 8 p.m.
Arrival before 8 p.m.: individually at your hosts

Open Spaces
As people have to offer a lot, I'd suggest to post your topics in the calendar. People interested could just put their name to it and we see who offers what and who is interested. Wouldn't this be a good input for the meeting ?
just post with your name, what you can offer to the community and what you'd like to take. you can post them into the three open spaces and offer to host sessions on this.
